Seasonal Farm Grounds Care Application

Date Range: March - October

Salary: Starting at 13.50/hr

Hours: Full Time During Season

Age Requirement: 16yr+

Job Description:

This is a seasonal position starting around the time the grass starts growing in the spring and ends in the fall, when mowing is no longer needed. If employee has exceeded expectations and would like to work through the winter, this opportunity can be discussed.

The purpose of this position is to keep the farm grounds in a high state of appearance throughout the summer. The individual's tasks would include but is not limited to mowing, trimming, weed control, and power-washing. During rainy days or other down times, other tasks would be supplemented. If employee shows a willingness to expand their skillset, as well as having met and exceeded expectations and proficiency in completing all assigned jobs, then they may be trusted with higher level tasks such as skid steer, tractor and cattle work.
